All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note backorder dates (if applicable) that will be listed on website and invoice. The backorder date is an estimated date FITScrubs® receives from production and subject to change. Please allow 2-3 days to process the order from the backorder date listed on website/invoice. If you would like our fulfillment team to send non-backordered items separately while we are awaiting on the backordered item to arrive, please specify your preference in the "special instructions" box at the checkout by stating "Please send in-stock items asap". We will split your order (free of charge) send available items per your instructions. Unfortunately we cannot do this for international customers due to the high shipping rates.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pick up is available at our warehouse location at 4116 Jackie Rd SE Unit 104, Rio Rancho, NM, 87124. Just make a note in the "special instructions" box at the checkout if you'd like to pick up and shoot us a text at (818) 963-9886 with your order number letting us know you're on your way and we'll get it all ready for you.
International shipping is available worldwide. Shipping rates will be applied once delivery info is placed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Kris@fitscrubs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
FITScrubs® is not responsible for merchandise when tracking shows as "delivered".
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
FITScrubs® accepts returns of unworn merchandise. Product must also have hangtags attached and not be washed or stained to qualify for a full refund. If product does not have hangtags and/or is washed it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please return within the first 30 days of shipping in the US. Return/exchange window begins once the goods have been delivered.
Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing upon return.
Exchanges will be sent pending items are available in stock after processing. FITScrubs® will contact customer immediately if item is not in stock and there is a wait time over two weeks of return delivery. FITScrubs® will pay for shipping fees of one exchange per order for US customers.
Refunds for returns will be made in the form of original payment within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items.
For purchases/customers outside the United States, FITScrubs® does not provide complimentary (free) shipping for exchanges and/or returns due to customs regulations. Returns/exchanges must be mailed back to the address below at customer expense. FITScrubs® will pay for outgoing shipping expense for international exchanges for the first exchange.

For US customers requesting an exchange or return, email firstname.lastname@example.org for your complimentary return shipping label and enclose your return/exchange items with original packaging material or equal size envelope/box of your choice. Place the label on the package and drop it off at your local USPS depot (do not wait in line as the postage is already paid for) or simply have your mail carrier pick up in your outgoing mail.
