SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Times: We're thrilled to prepare your order! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except weekends and holidays (we're closed). You'll receive a confirmation email once you order and another update when it ships.
Shipping Schedule: Our shipping cut-off time is 2 PM MST. Orders placed after this time are processed the next day as our mail pick up is at 3 PM MST M-F.
For standard shipping, expect a cozy 3-7 days for delivery after shipping confirmation.
For priority shipping, your super comfy scrubs will arrive in 2-3 business days, including Saturdays (excluding Sundays and major holidays).
Need it faster? Express shipping takes 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and major holidays. Remember, orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday at 9 AM MST.
Backorder Details: Watch for backorder dates on our website and invoice. We process backordered items within 2-3 days of arrival. Chose priority or express shipping? We'll upgrade your backordered items automatically. If you want in-stock items sooner, tell us in the "special instructions" at checkout with "Please send in-stock items ASAP." This is free for US/Domestic customers; international order splitting is not available due to the high shipping costs.
Additional Information: For healthcare professionals in temporary housing: If USPS delivery is problematic, mention it during checkout. We'll switch to an alternative courier like FEDEX or UPS at no extra charge.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store Pickup: Available at 9670-4 Eagle Ranch Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87114. Mention in-store pickup in the "special instructions" box or call us at (505) 548-7101 with your order number and we'll put your aside for you and have it ready at our checkout desk for an eazy, peezy pick up experience☺️
International Shipping: Available worldwide. Shipping rates apply at checkout.
Order Status: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within 7-10 days of this email, contact us at Kris@fitscrubs.com with your name and order number.
FITScrubs® Responsibility: We're not responsible for merchandise once tracking shows "delivered."
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returning Unworn Merchandise: Returns are accepted for unworn merchandise with attached hangtags, free from stains and odors. Returns must be initiated within 30 days (US) or international shipping.
Free Shipping for US Returns/Exchanges: One free shipping label per order for either an exchange or return. Additional shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Return/Exchange Process: Initiate your return/exchange online. Use one postage label from multiple provided. For sold-out items, leave a note or email kris@fitscrubs.com. Send items back using the provided postage label.
Processing Time: Allow 1-3 business days for inspection and processing.
Lost Items in Transit: We address lost items on a case-by-case basis. If replaced, these items are not eligible for a refund or return.
Exchanges & Refunds: Exchanges depend on item availability. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days in the original payment form. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Customers: No complimentary shipping for returns/exchanges due to customs regulations. We cover outgoing shipping for the first international exchange.
Non-Exchangeable/Refundable Customizations: Customized items are final sale.
FITScrubs® 1-Year Guarantee
We offer a 1-year guarantee from the purchase date, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Terms and Conditions:
- Coverage includes manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or wear and tear.
- Report issues to sales@fitscrubs.com with your order number and a description.
