Returns & Exchanges
FITScrubs® guarantees that our products will be clear of any manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We thoroughly inspect our merchandise through a 5 step quality assurance system and strive to bring meaning and value to American Made Manufacturing.
FITScrubs® accepts returns of unworn merchandise. Product must also have hangtag and not be washed or stained. Please return within the first 15 days of shipping in the US. International shipping, 20 days. Please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing upon return.
Exchanges will be sent pending items are available in stock after processing. FITScrubs® will contact customer immediately if item is not in stock and there is a wait time over two weeks of return delivery. FITScrubs® will pay for shipping fees of one exchange per order.
Refunds for returns will be made in the form of original payment minus cost for shipping within 10-15 business days of receiving returned items.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for your complimentary return shipping label and enclose your return/exchange items with original packaging material or equal size envelope/box. Place the label on the package and drop it off at your local USPS depot or simply have your mail carrier pick up from your mailbox.
